Can I customize my tour after booking?
Changes can be made up to 14 days before departure. Some changes may incur additional fees. Contact us early to discuss modifications and ensure availability of alternative arrangements.
What should I pack for my tour?
Pack lightweight, comfortable clothing suitable for tropical weather. Bring temple-appropriate attire (covering shoulders and knees), comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, and personal medications. Detailed packing lists provided upon booking.

• 30% non-refundable deposit required at booking confirmation
• Final balance due 21 days prior to departure

Minimum Age Policy:
The minimum age to join our group tours is 12 years. Youth aged 12-17 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Private family tours available for younger children.

Comprehensive travel insurance is included covering medical emergencies, trip interruption, personal liability, and 24/7 emergency assistance hotline.
Accommodation Standards:
We select mid-range to premium accommodations featuring modern amenities, central locations, and excellent service standards. Single occupancy available at additional cost on selected tours.

All vehicles undergo regular safety inspections with professional drivers maintaining clean safety records. Modern, air-conditioned vehicles equipped with first aid kits and emergency communication devices.
Medical Requirements:
Guests with medical conditions must complete a confidential Medical Form prior to travel. Our guides carry basic first aid supplies, and we maintain relationships with quality medical facilities.
